Return policy for products listed on Tabalonline varies depending on the brand and each manufacturer’s extended warranty and return policy.

While we strive our utmost to ensure you have no cause to return your products or ask for a refund, we understand that this step is inevitable atimes due to the very nature of everything in existence. When a time like this occurs, we are more than willing to see to a hitch-free process for all of our concerned customers. This is limited depending on the product and brand as the extent of our coverage is entirely dependent on a variety of factors.

All Products

Tabalonline operates a site-wide 3-Day return Policy for all items that arrives at the designated shipping address in either of the following condition –

  • Incomplete product
  • Wrong products
  • Defective / Damaged products
  • Dead-On-Arrival i.e does not power on or is totally inoperable.

Claim for all of such items would be attempted to be validated. Where return is approved following validation, return process and details would be communicated for a replacement or refund depending on product stock status.

Open-Box, Refurbished or Salvaged parts where listed are subject to a different policy.

To initiate a return;

  • Send a mail to customercare@tabalonline.com stating your claim.
  • Attach an image of the product to support your claim, once we receive this, we will attempt to validate your claim and thereafter contact you to schedule a pickup where deemed valid.
  • Put item in its original packaging with all product inserts and accessories intact before handing over to our logistics partner
  • Ensure your return form is signed by our logistics partner as proof of pickup

Conditions for return

  • Valid Proof of purchase – Tabalonline Invoice or receipt
  • Valid for 3days from following delivery date at the designated shipping address.
  • Returns must include all tags, seals and accessories
  • Items must all be in its original packaging, all undamaged.
  • For non-quality related returns, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Once the returned item arrives back in Tabalonline’s office for inspection and validated, the process will begin.

Items Not Eligible For Returns

Tabalonline will not accept the following;

  • Product whose seal has been broken
  • Products with obvious sign of use
  • Products not in its original condition
  • Products with missing parts
  • Products with self-induced damaged
  • Jewelry, neither garments and socks
  • Products in personal care category
  • Perishable products
  • Products that have exceeded the 3 days return timeline

Anker provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please refer to the chart below for the warranty timelines of various products, as warranty periods differ according to models.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on Anker items sold directly by TabalOnline are covered by Anker’s extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase (see table above for your product’s warranty timeline).

This Anker’s limited warranty is restricted to Nigeria as country of purchase.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Anker will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Warranty Claim Process:
● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
● Tabalonline must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the Anker product
● The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
● It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
● For defective Anker items that TabalOnline needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to TabalOnline or if the defective item is not returned.

Valid proof of purchase:
● Order number from online purchases made from Tabalonline
● Sales invoice
● Dated sales receipt from Tabalonline that shows a description of the product along with its price

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
● Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
● Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
● Buyer’s accidental returns
● Returning personal items
● Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Tabalonline quality control to be in working condition
● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:
● Products without sufficient proof of purchase
● Lost or stolen products
● Items that have expired their warranty period
● Non quality-related issues
● Free products
● Repairs through 3rd parties
● Damage from outside sources
● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

Tabalonline is not liable for:
● Loss of data incurred from use of Anker products
● Returning personal items sent to Tabalonline
